The food, and the beer, here have always been excellent! The beer is varied, with delicious pours for everyone's tastes. The food is incredibly delicious, reasonably priced, and as long as you stay away from seafood dishes, very generous in size. However, what really sets Avery apart is their bartenders, who are jovial, eager to help, and very knowledgeable. One of our favorite places!

I brew my own beer Avert brewing gives me something to strive for. We went on the 1hr tour which was very informative, even for someone who brews their own beer.
The food was great (I had the nachos and ribs to share) and the beer was amazing. Samael was the best and the burbon barrel was great as well as the Beast.
I want to come back every time I go to Boulder!

High end food at a great brewery. Beautiful new facility. Not 5 stars is that food is pretty pricey (but good) and they need to add more room because it's always packed. Make a reservation, potentially weeks in advance.

Fantastic brewery. The beer is top notch (I especially enjoyed the 2012 Beast Cru!). The server, Sarah, was exceedingly attentive. We talked a bunch of beer, and she gave me some great recommendations (Uncle Jacob’s Stout!). The facility was packed, but I got a solo spot at the bar, no problem. I didn’t have the food, so obviously I can’t comment on that, but the facility was great. Easy parking. Cool little merch shop. All around the best beer around Boulder. 5 stars.

Brewery was excellent with a lot of good choices on tap. Surprisingly 3 sour beers on tap in July, 2015. Had a new waitress who wasn't very good and stretched an hour lunch to two. Food was very good, but felt ripped off on shrimp, shrimp, & grits. Only 6 shrimp and a small portion of unrecognizable grits. Tasted great, although not like any I have had before and not not for $24. Coleslaw has fennel in it and not my style. 5 star brewery, but lunch was lacking.
