order the large bucket of shrimp and my girlfriend order the steak her steak came out wrong not just once twice no manager was involved untill we cancel the order and the second time took over 15 min until it came back out. for their mistakes they only took off the steak and was charged full price for the meal. The Cheese Cake Factory when their is any problem with your meal they make sure it is done correctly and promptly served to you and will take 10% or 20% off your meal I always give that money to the waitress along with her tip. at BUBBA GUMP SHRIMP IN NEW YORK YOU DO NOT GET NOTHING FOR THEIR MISSTAKE NOT JUST ONCE TWICE. Baltimore Gump the manager goes to everyone table and checks to make sure you are having a good time

Family friendly, kids loved it!! great service, fun atmosphere, loved the location. 100% recommended. wait was not bad.

I went with a friend on a class trip. I'm not a seafood fan at all, so I opted for the hamburger, which was delicious... and HUGE. The food was great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very packed though, which is understandable in a restaurant that small. In the lobby, there is a television that plays Forest Gump at all times, and sometimes the staff asks trivia about the movie, and hands out prizes. Prices aren't bad at all either. I would definitely go here again, and would recommend this restaurant to a friend.

I had to wait a long time. The shrimp was good. The waitress nice, if a little under par on Forrest Gump Knowledge, i can only assume she has a life..
On the quiz, i had TWO answers but according to fairness was only able to collect ONE prize!! The cheek!! The meal was good but i couldn't forgive this, 2 STARS
