05/01/2015 9:14 amThe first time I went to Cilantro I ordered a burrito and a salad. The person by the counter was wonderful, polite and the food was delicious. I started to go there for lunch and order a salad for dinner. But after a few weeks, things changed. First was ordering a steak burrito and coming home to find chili instead. When I returned and told the staff, there was no response (steak is more expensive). The last time I went in, I was on my way to see a friend in the hospital and I was very hungry. I went in and one staff member (less than 3 feet to me) was deep in conversation about Day of the Dead merchandise with a vendor and the other seemed to be taking inventory. I stood there. And stood there. And stood there. Even if they were busy it would be good practice to say "I'll be with you in a minute." But nothing. They were not busy, but obviously made me feel invisible. I walked out--no one said or did a thing. A steak burrito and salad cost more than $20. Since the food was fresh and good, I did not mind but customer service certainly declined since my first experience. |

05/28/2014 9:43 pmHorrible. Never ordering from here again. Took TWO hours for the delivery to come which was ten minutes away. Could have got it myself if I had known they would pull that. Upon arrival the manager stated he didn't have his phone with him and couldn't find the place so he had to go back and look for directions. Not to mention I was the one who had to keep calling them to find out what was going on. They told me the guy had left the first time, and when i called back later they stated, "he left four minutes ago." Stay away from this place. |
