Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Albuquerque, New Mexico Restaurant Details

Food:

A little pricey but still my favorite burger. Similar to a steakburger at Steak n Shake, but better quality and nicer atmosphere. Fries are similar to In N Out. Custard is awesome but way too pricey

Love the food, on that note it scares me to eat there. It is dripping with salty greasy artery blocking fat. I stopped eating there after noticing the entire cook staff was obese. I'm not joking they were all overweight and looked run down by the food.

I was in a hurry when I stopped at Freddy's on Central for lunch. The drive thru was backed up so I went inside for a take out order. I ordered a double steakburger with cheese and a half shake and a regular order of fries as part of the combo. When I got home and opened the sack I noticed they gave me a single cheese hamburger. It was very small considering I paid $9.85 for the entire order. Not happy about that at all. The shake was very good, but still.

Staff was rude from the start. We were given the wrong order and sat at the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. Concretes melted, we were shorted on fries. No napkins no straws. Burgers were ugly and disgusting. Don't waste your time or money

Food:

Bad service. Overpriced. They get the orders wrong all the time. My last burger was smashed with about two inches of burnt meat hanging out on all sides. And flavorless to boot. I could go on. There are plenty of other quick eats within a block radius. Go there. Don't blow twenty five bucks on a terrible meal here.
