Time to finally complain about the poor quality control of getting what you ordered. This has been going on consistently for over a month and occasionally before that. When we order the double bacon cheese steakburger, we never seem to get it the way we request. If we order catsup, mustard only we will get mustard-pickle. If we order mustard capsup only we will get no cheese and pickles. Even when we do not request lettuce we can end up with lettuce. The worst is ordering a single bacon cheese steakburger--nothing comes correct. It is repeated correctly but often is misprinted differently. Love the custard, fries and special sauce however but any other item will have to be forgotten.

This place is amazing. Great burgers, fries, custard, and the best onion rings in town. Don't miss out!!

The burgers were lack-luster and generally tasteless. The only flavor they had was the burnt edges. The burgera are small and the patty's thin. The fries are no better, they are small and thin. The fries are impossible to dip without getting ketchup all over your fingers. My fiance and I had to just pour the ketchup on them and eat them with a fork. For a place with "Burger" in the name, they sure don't know how to make a burger.

Didn't try the custard. After the rest of our meal was subpar, we decided to just cut our losses. We will not be eating here again.
