Jack In The Box, San Antonio, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

This is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. They are ALWAYS out of something on the menu, or get my order wrong. I went recently and their drive through mic was broken.. I had to wait to order at the window and got stuck in between two cars while waiting. It took 30 MINUTES for me to get to the window, and then I had to wait another 10 MINUTES for my food. I went for a quick order of tacos and Jumbo Jack. In all the time I waited I could have cooked a meal at home. I am so sick of this place, the turnover of employees is extremely high too, I see anyone twice! NEW MANAGEMENT IS NEEDED ASAP!!

Ick! We were visiting San Antonio and needed a quick lunch near the Witte museum. The deli we wanted to go to was closed, so we went to Jack in the Box, which we usually like OK. There was no one else there, which should have been the first clue. No soda, no rice. The men's bathroom was out of order, the lady's bathroom had a combo lock and no paper towels. There was a hair on the fries, which made us all feel sick. Dirty tables, dirty chairs. We should have left. Something bad is going on there. go somewhere else

This jack in the box is garbage. First impressions are lasting ones. I went at 830 am on a tuesday. I was the only customer there, still had to wait to order. Had to change my order twice because they were out of blah blah blah. Still once I ordered what they had they stop took close to ten min to prepare it. Don't go here they are worthless.

They never ever seem to get my order correct. Always out of something at the moment it's dr.p. Fried items the last time. I love jack and its the closest to my house, but even if I go to the next closest one they are the same way. Someone really needs to look into the jacks in san antonio
