YEARS AGO IT WAS GREAT ( 5YEARS) TODAY RUN AWAY DONT EAT THERE. THE PLACE IS DIRTY AS ALL GETOUT. THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE, THE SERVICE IS SLOW, ORDERS ARE INCOMPLETE AND OVER PRICED, CALL IN ORDERS AND TOGO ORDERS ARE THE WORST. BATHROOMS ARE FILTHY. MAKES ME WONDER WHO TOOK THIS PLACE OVER, OR WHO DIED. BET THE ORIGINAL OWNERS OR PARENTS WOULD BE VERY DISAPOINTED. SO SAD. I GIVE IT A 0.01 IN SCORE. ALSO DONT COMPLANE THEY DONT CARE ANYWAY, ALSO DONT CALL THEY WILL JUST HANG UP ON YOU. 1/21/16

Service sucks. First they only said they had 2 tables available yet there was 2 booths they just needed to be cleaned but they didn't want to inconvenience the busser. The waiter didn't bring menus then asked if we were ready to order. Incorrect amount of silver ware didn't get the order right and had 3 different waiters and all 3 were worthless. Food was good nothing great but tasty. Won't eat there again

As I sat in the restaurant munching on the just served chips and salsa, I remembered when Martha's was located just a little ways from here in an old white house with a gravel parking lot. The food was always good and the place packed for lunch. Then they moved to the current location and the quality of food suffered enough that I stopped frequenting the place.

Now, some 20 years later, I decided to give the place a try again. The waiter, Alfredo, was definitely "Mr. friendly" and embodied the phrase "service with a smile". Drinks and food came out of the kitchen "pdq". Our plates of puffy tacos, one chicken, one beef, were freshly poofed all right, but not to the point of being fragile. Usually after the second bite, the bomb bay door opens and all of the taco filling falls out. Not this time. Perfectly fried, stuffed with tasty meat, not overly oily, these puffies are now on my list of top 10. Even more, the rice, boracho beans and refrieds were all good. The flour tortillas are made on a machine with griddle at the front of the store in view of the diners and served hot . . . good enough to scarf down a dozen or so during the meal (but I managed to hold myself to one).

Besides the food being first rate, the prices appear to be the same as they were when I visited 20 years ago. Service, food, price . . . a trifecta that I will gladly gamble on again. Why did I wait so long?!
