I'll never forget this place

Its an older establishment but Pancho's has in My opinion an authentic Mexican decor inside reminiscent of the Cantinas sometimes seen in some of the Western Movies.

Its an all You can eat Mexican buffet and if You want seconds or if You need anything else, You just raise a little Mexican Flag on Your table and the Waiter will come serve You.

The Waiter during My visit last Year was the Nice Older Man and He and the other Staff at Pancho's treat everyone like Family.

In contrary to some of the other reviews for Pancho's on here, I thought the Food especially the Tacos were excellent.

I think anyone in the area should give Pancho's a try.

Sadly, this is one of the last locations still open for business. I have been eating at all 5 original locations in El Paso, Texas since I was 6 years old. That was 50+ years ago. All the locations in El Paso have since closed one at a time, but in a city with probably 500 Mexican food restaurants, it is no surprise. We used to drive all the way up to Alburquerque, NM just to eat at Pancho's, but now that one is gone too. We found one in Austin, TX but the sign on the door read "out of business". The last one we found open was in San Antonio, TX. Yes, this place has seen better days, but the food is still good. It is a buffet after all, and you can try anything you see there to find out what you like. The enchiladas, tacos, and chili rellenos are excellent. Those of you writing bad reviews were probably expecting a different type of Mexican restaurant, but Pancho's has never been anything but an inexpensive buffet experience with a lot of variety. I have been told by some that the food is not too spicy and anyone can enjoy it. It is probably the original "TexMex". Try it!

This place was really great! Our waiter was an older man, very funny, and very prompt and friendly. It was near closing time and the food was still fresh. It was buffet pricing. 23 dollars for 2 people. But I'd go back and I'd definitely recommend this place!

Best experience ever at panchos, the server was a older man who didnt want to take our tip. He said all he wanted was a thank you and god bless! He hurried to get us what we wanted and was apologetic about taking too long but he was rather quick! He was never slow or late! People are nice and the food is the best at this location! Coming from a very picky pregnant woman, so you know its true!

As I walked in the was NO ONE to greet me. I was lost for a couple of minutes trying to figure out how to exactly get the food. The food was HORRIBLE!!! i wanted to throw up on my plate! the waiter was nice. The only thing i ate was lettuce and chips with salsa. 10 bucks for lettuce and chips??? worse buffet i have ever been to. worse food i have ever tasted FAKE MEXICAN FOOD. NASTY NASTY NASTY. do not waste your time or money!!!!
