Nice quiet booth, had the lobster special which was ok, didn't love the crabmeat stuffing, tasted like it came from a can.

This is the worst Red Lobster I have ever been. I don't select zero star because it doesnt have the option. But to the point worst customer service, 35 minutes of a wait and still didn't get a servant.

First off I would like to pretext with I'm not a typical Red Lobster fan and it wasn't my choice in the group to go, I'm in FL and there are a million fresh local fish restaurants I would have rather visited. With that being said this location deserves a review, They had quite a few fresh/not frozen fish options and for that I was thankful. I deviated and decided to try something new, this is Red Lobster of course, so I tried the name sake and had the lobster tacos. They were amazingly delicious! I have to give a tremendous thank you to our waiter Andres, he was absolutely awesome, courteous, prompt, and very good at his job, he made the stop enjoyable!

Update, after hearing our complaints the Manager personally called me and to say she was sorry. Both her and Red Lobster Corporate have tried to make it up to us.

Let me tell you about my horrible experience at Red Lobster in Orlando. While Vacationing in Orlando my family stopped at Red Lobster one night to have dinner. We walked in and were seated. We read the menu and after about ten minutes we had about decided what to order, but had not seen a waiter yet, not even to take out drink orders. So we walked up to the front and asked for a waiter to come to our table. The lady we talked to than went and talked to a waiter in our area. We saw them point and talk and nod. Another five or ten minutes had passed and still no waiter. Twenty minutes sitting, waiting, and getting very thirsty and hunger. Finally the waiter we had seen earlier came up to us and said "has no one helped you yet?" and we said no, and he walked away. So we stood up and walked out. As we were leaving we told the manager, she offered to give us a free appetizer, but honestly after we had already waited twenty minutes with no service who knows how long it would have been before we even got that. I was extremely disappointed with the service, and on future visits to Orlando we will not be visiting Red Lobster. Did I mention that it wasn't even super busy?

Really poor service took my family to celebrate my father birthday, what a terrible mistake slow service tables not bused. They bought out the birthday cake without bussing tables. The sad part was the manager bought it out seeing tables not cleaned. Food was terrible, this place really need to have better management if they expect to stay in business. Was there 8-11-13 @ 430pm

Typical Darden frozen food fare. Not terrible but never anywhere near actually good. Friendly and quick service are generally standard at any Darden restaurant but with dinners that start around $17 I have much higher expectations. Johnie's Hideaway, which is in the same strip mall as this RL, (run by Charlie's Steakhouse chain) is only a little more expensive but is MUCH better.
