the menu was disappointing. it has changed since last I was there. I had sirloin and shrimp. the steak was a little tough even though I ordered it medium. it was too pricey for the quality of the food but the waitress was excellent. I doubt if I'll be back this trip.

Even thought it was a few minutes to closing, a group of us (10 people) were welcome with open arms and the food was well beyond my expectations for a Red Lobster or any franchise restaurant! Excellent service and food equally excellent. I highly recommend it.

Best seafood restaurant I ever went during my whole life. The food was awesome, as none I have ever eaten, and the ambient was nice and neat. The waiter was friendly and very polite, and the food was served fatter than I expected. I will definitely visit this restaurant again. Oh, the restrooms got good music.

Brought the family for the week to Orlando to celebrate our son's 4th birthday. One son requested to have his birthday dinner at Red Lobster. We were staying pretty close to Red Lobster Convention Center on I-Drive. It was Black Friday so we expected to have a long wait. Every so often the girl at the front (I think her name was Monica) came and gave us an update and after a while brought us come biscuits for our son as he was getting hungry and also a complimentary coffee for my dad. After 45 minutes we were seated and our server Daniel treated us so well. He followed me to the car to get a cake we brought for our son and he took it to the back and brought it out when it was time. Our son was delighted. I have to say it was the best service we have ever received at a chain restaurant. I will highly recommend this Red Lobster to anyone. Beautiful Experience!
