Taco Bell, San Antonio, Texas, Mexican Restaurant Details

Food:

The times I have went they have forgotten a few things in my order so now I have to constantly check to see if my order is complete. Also I went inside the store to tell them they forgot something and the place reeked of old or dirty mop water and the manager was ordering Chinese take out in a middle of a busy rush. I'm not sure if I want to return because if the inside smells that disgusting it makes me think that there might be other issues with cleanliness.

Food:

Solid, as far as Taco Bell goes. Staff if surprisingly friendly and the food is typically accurate.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever had. Didn't realize it was possible to mess up Taco Bell, much less a bean burrito, but apparently, it is.

I went to eat there a few weeks ago (yes might of been too late to review but I have to). I am a HUGE taco bell fan, they have great food at affordable prices. But I was disgusted when I found plastic. Yes PLASTIC inside my miny spicy chicken crunchwrap. I threw it away and never bothered with looking at it again. I was beyond terrified, what if it was ever in someone elses food. How can someone be so careless?? A child could easily have consumed that. From now on whenever I eat Taco Bell, I'd rather travel farther and get it from anothet location. Please check your meals if you ever decide eating here. It's beyond disgusting.

5 layers don't have lettuce in them! Apparently this location didn't know that. Also ordered a full side of wedges and there was barley anything in it. My husbands crunch wrap supreme was mostly lettuce. I will not return to this location.
