Taco Cabana, San Antonio, Texas, Mexican Restaurant Details

No response at drive thru, go to window and honk Still nothing, So I ACTUALLY Call , girl answer and says I'll be right there and hangs up . Did I mention there were zero ppl .Manager comes out and makes it worst. So I go to Mama Margies and they were packed. I can see why , I will never go back to your crummy Taco Cabana. You guys truly suck !!!

This place was GROSS!!! I ordered two bean and cheese tacos and a steak fajita taco. The "manager" asked me to pull up because they were getting the fajitas off the grill. Then he came out and said they weren't getting them off the grill, they were just putting them on. I was a little annoyed, but that's understandable for 7AM. He said they would give me 2 brisket tacos instead or I could wait 10 minutes. I told him I would wait and that I had ordered a drink. Like 3 minutes later he came out with my bag and the wrong size drink, so naturally I checked the order and they tried to pawn off a "guisada" (it looked gross) taco as a fajita taco. I told him that wasn't a fajita taco, so he said they didn't charge for the drink (they did) so he didn't know what size to get (I had told him the size originally when he first came out). I showed him my receipt to show they did charge me and he took the taco back inside. Ten minutes later he brought out the correct size drink and what was supposed to be a fresh fajita taco. I checked and the "meat" was a dried out and hard. So I pulled around and went inside to get my money for the fajita taco back. He took my receipt and didn't apologize or anything and came back with what I paid for the whole order and said I went ahead and refunded your whole order. I tried the bean and cheese tacos and they were way too salty and the tortillas weren't even cooked all the way so I just threw them out. Definitely will NOT visit this Taco Cabana again. And shame on that manager. He handled it horribl .
