At $10p/hr before 9p ($20-$25p/hr after 9p) all of which can used as credit towards foods/beverages, this is the least expensive place for a small Karaoke room in all of New York City. Fortunately for me, I went on a friend's Birthday and they gave everyone in the room a round of birthday shots on the house as well as a Voucher (good for one month) for a FREE bottle of Champagne the next time you go. Well, we took advantage and the bottle was certainly not a low quality champagne.

One thing about the Karaoke Machines is that not only can you change Keys and Volumes easily through the touch screen but you can also configure it so the voice sounds much more natural or like a PA System, these will not be the type of voices that you are used to in typical Karaoke, but very much like live performances type singing voices. Also when typing in song titles (Whether Chinese/English/Korean), that have multiple words, you don't have to type the entire song name, just type the first initials for each word.

Well now for the service, I can say as long as you press the button, they will come straight to your room. If the 4 servers they have are catering to all 20 rooms with over 100 people, chances are, they may forget what you've requested but just tell them a few more times or write it on paper for them and they'll figure it out. Sometimes a little bit on the impatient side as there a lots of people, but they get the job done.

Usually when I go to a Karaoke place, I prefer hanging out in the bar area over a room, but this was the very opposite. Some of the negative reviews may have reflected that part (I.D-ing, Restrooms, Bar Area) but my 5-Star rating is solely for the experience of being in their private room. On that note, I'm a fan an will certainly be going back.

A very Asian venue with your usual karaoke rooms. The best part is the rooftop open-to-outdoors lounge area with waiter service. A full bar is just a few feet away. Weekend nights have not too lengthy a wait for a room. Drinking is available with full bar service and heavy drinks if you so wish/need. Interior decor is somewhat worn but still good. Service is brisk, attentive & available. A solid karoke place without the Manhattan subway ride.

The atmosphere is friendly, and the service is alright. The drinks are slightly over priced, but the free karaoke makes up for this. The room service in the afternoon can be incredibly inattentive for small parties of 2 or 3, but the night time service for large parties is great.

I like the bar and free singing if you sit at the bar. However, this place can get quite pricey if you pay per room. Also, the place always smells like smoke. They should have a no smoking policy. The bouncer checks for ID at night so make sure you are 21+ if you come here at night. Their day service is okay - 12 hr per room.

Dislike it because of the people going there. it just makes you feel unsafe.
