Why do i give this place a 1?

Here is why:

Quality is decent EXCEPT for the fact when they sell you molded products and don't take responsibility for it. I got super sick off of their lunar new year moon cake only to find all the ones I had left were molded. Seriously, sickly white mold.

That is why for appeal I give them a 0 because mold has no appeal to me. Mold makes you sick so why is that appealing at all?

Onto service and here is why I also give that a 0. I came back and showed them the mooncake and told them I got sick from it. Zero remorse, they said ok throw it away. Never apologized and did not give me a refund or exchange. That was the end of story and now I move on to call health services.
