Could be the worst place in Over The Rhine. Crime enabler, along with the mobile phone store in the same building..

This place is a blight on the neighborhood that exists primarily to serve liquor to the homeless. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

A third-shift bar that caters to individuals who need to drink at 7:00 AM. Don't go unless you're one of them.
