08/17/2015 10:39 pmGood stay for 4 nights. Customer service is on very high level. Every time we called for a crib, pillow, etc. it was delivered on a hart beat. Rooms are clean even under the sofa, we know that because we had to move it. Restaurant/bar in the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is great, lunch is great, dinner is also great. Concierge recommends where to visit, what time, and where to get tickets and such. Valet will get your door in or out and get a cab for you. Really had a great time. Highly recommend this hotel for any occasion. |

02/16/2015 1:13 amThe worst experience in a restaurant. The waitress was rude and ignored us. It took an hour to get drinks. The manager was even worse and did nothing to fix the guest service epic fail! The GM at the Hamilton took the time to listen and tried to fix the situation but after reading additional reviews - it looks like this place has a perpetual guest service deficiency. |

01/09/2015 12:32 amGot some well-made burgers and dishes from this place. But more so, the staff was incredibly friendly! They were incredibly enthusiastic and provided great service on top of that. This restaurant certainly made my family's stay at the adjacent hotel. |

02/02/2014 2:43 pmA great place for a leisurely Saturday afternoon lunch. Reasonable prices for above average food. Our sandwiches were outstanding, and the French fries among the best I have tasted. Good service to boot. |

02/20/2013 8:14 pmWe had a Living Social deal for brunch, so we went on a Sunday morning. The two hostesses were surly and unpleasant, and seemed astonished that we didn't have reservations. They suggested we sit at the bar, which we did. There was only one bartender, and she was overworked and clearly furious about it. And I do mean clearly. She was slamming dishes around, rolling her eyes, sighing, and doing her best to ignore her customers. She didn't even acknowledge us for about five minutes, and when she did, it was as if we'd interrupted her while she was reading at the beach or something. It wasn't her fault that she was so swamped, but her attitude was unbelievable. You can't take it out on your customers. Everyone at the bar was clearly uncomfortable. This was one of the most awkward meals I've ever had at a restaurant. The food was so-so, but they were out of several things and just seemed to be completely unprepared for the size of the crowd. There are literally dozens of better brunch options in DC, and plenty of places with nice (or at least not openly hostile) service. |
