Dinner service, was 'courteous' enough, but in reality was rushing us under the veil of courtesy.
We were a party of 8, so I guess they didn't care since they automatically get 20%.
As a family group here for a wedding, you'd think we'd get to sit and talk while we eat. We were barely seated for 45 minutes total, and it really seemed like they couldn't wait to get rid of us. Our orders were rushed from the start to finish. Our server actually ordered the appetizers for the table it was that rushed. We barely got to glance at the menu before he said '2 crab fritters and 2 mussels for the table?' And rushing off, Without us even prompting it, or getting to look any further at the appetizers.

The crab fritters were amazing, and that's the reason this gets 3 instead of 2.
The mussels were awful.

Do not order the fisherman's stew if you think you're going to get anything like stew, except the fact that it's just thrown on a plate.
The 'stew' was an unappetizing amalgamous mass of overdone spaghetti, and various seafoods mixed together, including a large amount of tiny mincemeat like pieces of different types of fish (salmon etc) that definitely didn't help it look any better.

Thankfully, somebody at my table liked the idea of a seafood pasta, so we switched meals.
The rockfish had great flavor. The instant rice 'risotto' thing it was served with however was, and I'm not exaggerating, revolting. It looked like it was pre made and came from a bag, and besides the overwhelming taste of cheap margarine, it had 0 flavor at all.
Not impressive. Definitely not fresh.

Breakfast service was much better. Buffet is good, fruits were fresh and good, though the strawberries weren't washed. Omelette station is great. Bacon undercooked.

Summary this place is a very very strange mixed bag of great and god awful. It could be fantastic if they made their menu more properly represent food...and if they put out food that was all good quality, and actually seasoned.
Very overpriced.

It's OK if you don't care for flavor or seasoning. Everything looked wonderful but after several of us tried different dishes, blah. It's hard to accept that it was intentional so I'm giving it an OK since it was our only experience.

5 stars to our host - Mr. Joseph Butler!

My husband was the lucky raffle winner of the complimentary happy hour + appetizers for 20 guests from the yelp event. After a few email exchanges, date was picked and event was set.

Our guests and I were more than impressed by the organization and generosity of 15 Ria. Appetizer station was set up when we arrived. Drink wrist bands were in hand ready for us. We even had a whole section of the restaurant reserved for my group with tables put together and signs placed. No requests needed.

Appetizer station - not only was it beautifully set up, the food was beyond delicious - juicy gourmet cheeseburger sliders, crispy cheesy empanadas, and perfectly breaded shrimp tempura - our guests were trickling in but I couldn't help but went back to serve myself second.. and third. Just as I begin to worry that we were running low on appetizers, Mr. Butler came to the rescue with platters of munchies to replenish the station. Again, no requests needed, no questions asked.

Right before our complimentary hour was up, Mr. Butler made his way and approached each of us to ask for last round of drinks. I've honestly never received such attentive and generous service from happy hours/group events before.

Look no further! Hosting happy hours? group event? you are in for a treat at 15 Ria!

I've been here a few times and been unimpressed; however, we always get deals to return. This past trip however was the breaking point of not returning regardless of what deal is tossed my way. The service is always abysmal--but nice folks. The food options odd. The food not all that great, but this time not even prepared well--my short rib was cooked to a small nugget of burnt meat. That all said, I do think they try...I was given a free glass of wine when they saw my explanation of my meal and were very apologetic.
