Have been going here for at least 10 years, but fell off because of so many great spots to choose from in denver lately.

Went back recently and remembered why we loved it. Will be back in our rotation from now on.

The most mysterious thing about this place is you get your food and you're like "wow, I'm so ready to devour this I'm starving" but then halfway through you get really really full. You're amazed and sad at the same time. I thought I could finish the entire plate but I just couldn't. It was so not like me. I was disappointed in myself but happy at the same time.

This place was so bad... Was here with a group of 7 people and none of us enjoyed our time. Our waitress was the one upside to the whole thing; very sweet and doing her best. My Old Fashioned was served with a lemon wedge with what appeared to be a chewed up orange slice (would love to post my lovely picture). I complained that there was actually no whiskey at all, a lemon wedge (not at all an ingredient in an old fashioned), and that the whole thing was nasty and I refused to pay for it. Our waitress was apologized and took care of it, but no supervisor/manager or bartender came out to apologize or say anything of any consequence. The rest of the drinks were sub-par and overpriced, outside of the wine... Pretty hard to mess that up. A [very] basic mule was $12. For the quality of the drinks we were served, it's appalling it took near 15 mins to get them after ordering - in a mostly empty bar (should have been a clue I guess...). Will never return and you should never go... There's way too many good bars in this town (and blocks in either direction of this place) that serve either WAY better quality food and beverages or just better with reasonable prices.

Excellent restaurant. The waygu beef was kind of a let down for the high price tag but still good and every thing else was great. Definitely recommend it.

Outstanding, accommodating staff! The chef provided a complimentary taste of 2 appetizers and they gave us a complimentary glass of dessert wine. The only reason this review isn't 5 star is that the doors weren't open when we showed 15 min. prior to our 5 p.m. reservation but P.F. Chang's is a good spot for happy hour while we waited.

Fans of this "fancy" LoDo longtimer "can't get enough" of its "inventive" New American cuisine, matched with an "amazing" wine list by a "careful, attentive" staff in a "unique" two-story space; if the kitchen's "modern" molecular-gastronomy techniques feel merely "trendy" to some, all the better for those who appreciate a meal "priced for quality" in "quiet", "understated" surroundings.
