This place is not what it used to be.

I used to frequent this establishment throughout 2014. I come in recently and it has changed for the worst.

They used to play chill music and other patrons used to be dressed with some class. People tried and cared. Now the soundtrack is contemporary pop and its loud and patrons are a kind of people I don't want to be around when I go to a cigar bar.

But the service was the worst part. We sat a table as the prior occupants left. Our server didn't even collect all the dishes or care to wipe the table down for us. Then we ordered a second round of drinks and some of us ordered cigars. The drinks took at least 20 minutes to get to us (the bar is right behind this table). The cigars took almost an hour to get to us while other people got their cigars at the same time. My friends and I were patient and courteous but we lost our patience and pestered about our cigars. We got excuses as answers ranging from "I don't have the key" to "This is my first/second night on this job". We asked for our checks without the cigars and we got ... OUR CIGARS! But it gets worse; they were dry! It was then that I noticed they're now keeping liquor bottles in the humidor. What is happening to this place?! Don't look for my sexy presence there again because you won't find it.

What a great speakeasy! Of course, there's not much in the way of competition in Colorado Springs, but that only makes 15C more precious. Here, down an alley, beneath a blue light, it an escape unlike many in the Springs. The vibe is very 1930s, with beautiful decor, a skilled and friendly bartender, great selection of whiskeys, cigars for sale which can be smoked within, and a selection of unique bar snacks. I always enjoy my experience there, and love to play the part with a sports coat and fedora. Why not have a little fun with it! It's well worth the time to check out.

Nice place, but music is way to Loud! No chance of having a conversation without yelling! Turn the music down, if we want loud music we will go elsewhere!

I can't believe anyone wants to visit this bar. Well, the atmosphere isn't bad but the rest is awful. First it's extremely small, just one 10x10 room with a few seats at the bar, filled up with heavy smoke. Second, the drink prices are ridiculous: JW BLUE shot is $86!!!!!!!!!!!! So was the rest of their menu -sugary syrups mixed with cheap liquor at $15... There weren't many people on the late Saturday night, and when I was leaving all I noticed is that some very young looking people with "Old Chicago" uniforms were coming in for after hours drinking?!
