Amazing food, great service, chill atmosphere! Will eat here again!

I was there with my family because i SUGGESTED what a big mistake! We were waiting 20 minutes just to have the appetizers, but the most horrible happen later, we have to wait an hour and half to get our meals, The children became angry for the long time waiting. When the food finally arrived one of the the waiters who I believe was nervous because our disappointing faces let the plate fall down , so we have to wait even more, also they forgot to bring tortillas for the fajitas, etc. The manager came to excuse the restaurant and offered us some coupons that we refused because the service in that restaurant is now just awful. I writing this review after 3 times having the same experience. I won't come back to that place in fact I am not recommend this place.

Serving team was very friendly. The wait time for our drinks and food was more than 5 and 20 minutes. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. Management team should have the hostess bring silverware and napkins to the table when they seat you. The manager sets the tone for the atmosphere so they need to work at becoming more efficient. No blame to wait staff, they were great!

People, this is chili's, not fine dining. All you people complaining, you sound like a bunch of angry spoiled rotten children who didn't get their way. You think that you can get treated like royalty yet most of you are so cheap you wouldn't even make it worth your servers while even if you were satisfied.for every bad server there are 10 bad customers. Think about that next time you throw a fit at public venue like the grown responsible adults that you are lol. Also servers only make 2.13 and hour. Don't mess with people who handle you're food...smh

worst experience at a restaurant in my life. first we waited 10 mins before the waiter even arrived. the food looked like it was purchased from the dollar store and cooked by a 7 year old. taste like it too. ask for coke get dr pepper. twice. ordered 3 meat fajitas get 2 tortillas...really... ask for more never received them. put steaming hot vegetables in front of toddler and he burns his had. oh forgot about the appetizer. asked for chips and salsa. said it would be a 15 min wait.... it's chips not a steak. so I order fried pickles instead. 2 mins later he tells me they are cooking the pickles but they magically found chips. While I'm still eating the waiter comes up tells me I can pay on this tablet thing says have a good night and leaves. well i kind of wanted to pay cash but couldn't find the waiter. what kind of operation is. I promised myself that I will never eat at a chillin ever agian. it was that bad.
