Horrible customer service
I ordered two pizzas on two separate days and was very unhappy with both orders.
On the first day I ordered, the phone was having connection issues and the computer was slow the lady on the phone was patient and did the best she could. I appreciated her service and thanked the driver when I saw him. However,
I asked for extra onions. What I got was very thin unevenly cut onions

Waited over 2 hours for my pizza and it showed up cold

I'm no longer supporting Papa John. I don't want to support this large organization that refuses to help its workers attain health insurance. The cost of the pizza may be good, but there is a reason for that. There are plenty of better quality local pizzerias, and larger pizzerias that do support its workers.

Thought it would be easier to use the order online, take out option.... boy was I wrong. Even though I already paid online they attempted to charge me an additional 11 dollars at the store. It was supposed to be ready by 7, wasn't ready until 730. The person who helped was nice and apologized but honestly what is the point in ordering online if its way more difficult??
