There's plenty of scene and scenery to be had at this commanding duplex near Madison Square, whose giant, greenery-lined roof deck boasting killer views of the Empire State Building draws throngs of flirty corporate types who ignore the sky-high tabs and penthouse level that looks like something out of Scarface; even though some of the crowd seems to be auditioning for Jersey Shore, this one's magical on a summer night, and it's even accessible in winter thanks to robes and heat lamps.
