I buy a toasted cream cheese bagel and they don't put cream cheese and expect me to pay for a toasted bagel

They could use a few improvement in customer friendliness. The food is always fresh and excellent.

The food there is awesome, but the people and service are terrible. My order came out wrong so many times that I had to start writing it down for them, and even then they get it wrong. I didnt realize there were so many ways to mess up a sausage egg n cheese. Sadly id rather save my sanity and go to one of the other bagel places on the block.

The guys were always cheerful and with good sense of humor, I liked to buy coffee every morning there, but lately I discovered one messy, always sweating, bom-like coworker in his 50s, who I saw poring all coffee leftovers into decaf jar, handling muffin after cash by bare hand, simply doesnt give a *uck. After this, I changed my habit, and thinking of quiting coffee at all.
