5 Napkin Burger, New York, New York, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Good thing there isn't a five-napkin limit given the mammoth, messy and super-tasty patties (and assortment of sushi, hurrah!) proffered at this family-oriented burger chain; the faux butcher-shop settings are often congested, but it's still a solid standby – if you could only hear yourself eat.

Food:

The food is pretty good, but there is usually a long wait for dinner. If you go for dinner, make a reservation. My only gripe is that the food is kind if pricey for this particular kind of service.

They have great burgers it's right in the name, but the tater tots. Sweet, Sweet jeebus the tater tots. A weird hybrid of a crispy on the outside, mashed potatoes on the inside. Order enough for the table. Trust me.

Nothing great. Tried their signature 5 napkin burger. Absolutely nothing great. Ordinary really. Yes service was super . Nice ambiance too. But burgers naaaaaaa

Unimpressed with their burger. Their signature burger had too much of the toppings, making it difficult to appreciate the flavor of the burger; the french fries were flavorless and crispy. My waiter was very distracted and not very helpful. The only truly excellent part of my meal was the spacious interior and cucumber soda.

Love the burgers - disagree w others who think Jackson hole is better. The staff is what brings the rating of this place down. From host, to server to manager everyone seems to have a horrible attitude. I've made reservations twice at this place and the table has never been ready and waited 20-30 min each time. I do think burgers are very good and that's why I've gone back.
