Those people are sharks. Be aware of the rate difference. I bought 500 EUR at the rate around 1.5 USD/ERO. when I returned the unused 300 EUR, it was less than 1.2USD/EUR. They made $150 over such a small transaction. How ridiculous is that! I am even not sure it is legal to do so.

Today, their location at 5100 Belt Line told my recipient their Western Union service was down. Whose Western Union's service goes down? It's a freakin' network!!! Sheesh!

Where do they find the kind of imbeciles who staff some of their desks? Today, at about 7.34pm, I approached one of Travelex's counters in the outer Departure area of DFW International Airport intending to change money, and expecting this to be a proper service being an "international" airport.

On the counter was this really disgusting looking female with a barely understandable command of English, who could just politely tell me that she closed 4-minutes ago. Instead, she remained on the phone, running a private conversation. She then made a hand gesture to me to indicate something. After which she said loudly..."I CROSE". I assume she meant she was closed!. And that was after two minutes of standing there without even being acknowledged.

I replied that the closing time on their website says 10pm. Her reply and attitude was even more moronic than I expected. She shouted "YES IT IS 10pm INSIDE OVER THERE, BUT OVER HERE, IT IS 7.30pm", "BUT I CROSE NOW".

Change your money where properly trained people work.

Don't waste your time. Site say's open monday to fri 9am-5pm. So I get there at 9:05 closed. see notice on sign inside the door say's open Monday to Friday 9:00am-5pm, yet no one there. waited 40 mins before giving up on these people.
