Though the "delicious" cocktails are "pricey" and the atmosphere "slightly trendier" than most, this Beacon Hill lounge often feels "more like a bar" given all the "students" and "after-work" types milling around; just be aware that "wall-to-wall" weekend crowds ("change the name to 6B Studio Apartment") can lead to "slow" service from the otherwise "welcoming" staff.

OK! 6B Lounge serves mostly Irish style dishes. The burgers are phenomenal and juicy. I tried the mushroom and swiss Burger and that was delicious, I added some bleu cheese dressing in there for a little extra creamy goodness. The Veggie burger was tasty as is and flavorful so I did not need to add anything. It was a soft burger, more on the mushy side but I really liked it, I think it was a bigger mixture of potatoes than anything. Not a huge fan of the Nacho's they're dry because they're drizzled with shredded mozzarella cheese and there's no salsa its pico de gallo. Their sweet potato fries are good but could be better if they fried it a little more so that they're crispy. I'm an ambiance girl and this place is great, they're friendly and attract a lot of professionals. Their seating is very comfortable and lighting is dim on certain parts and lit on others. above all enjoyable

This place is kind of weird. You enter through the bar in the establishment next door. You then walk through (usually kind of empty bar) to a door that connects to 6B which has booths and is crowded. There is a $5 cover, depending on music can be okay. If you are looking for a place to dance, then this is tough because it's too crowded and narrow of a space with no dance floor, the bar is in the back and can be hard to get to but if you get a booth they have waitresses that can bring you drinks. If you are looking to chill then this place is too loud and packed for that. It's a toss up.

90s Night nuff said. This place is absolutely amazing with the greatest friday night DJ of all time. We are talking strictly amazing 90s music taking all requests. For all the guys out there this place is filled with generally 70% girls, and offers the greatest atmosphere for a fun time.
