Stopped by for Happy Hour one day, the place was barren. I can see how it would be popular a bit later though, very sleek and trendy looking. The menus illuminate when you open them (I wish other dimly lit restaurants had this idea). We shared two appetizers, both of which were delicious. The only reason for my diminished rating is as follows…we sat at the bar, there was a bartender who served us, there was another employee, I’m not sure if she was a server or another bartender, but when the main bartender was making my cocktail, she did the whole straw-taste thing approximately three times. Since she wasn’t making the drink, I don’t know if this can be seen as quality assurance and the fact that she did it three times, well within view of us, disturbs me a bit. The way she was wandering around, she was clearly bored, but really, the cocktail was not cheap and I don’t like being shortchanged three straws full. Just unprofessional.

I attend 901 Restaurant & Bar at a happy hour networking event. The food is great. Try the Kobe sliders. They are devine. The decor is modern with a large bar that wraps around the building. They have happy hour from 4 to 7:30 p.m.

Food:

Very trendy decor and glow in the dark menus. As far as food, the salmon is sooooo good. The beef sliders are tasty too. There are a couple of tables/sections that you can reserve for a nice group event.

perfect for work lunches. Something for everyone. Restuarant week menu is fantastic deal.

I was impressed with the ambiance, service and food. The restaurant's decor is very sophisticated. We ordered drinks and appetizers: duck, tuna tempura, mussels, scallop risotto, crab and beef sliders, and crab fritters - the presentation was excellent and everything tasted absolutely delicious!
