Excellent food and service in the restaurant section during a busy Friday night.

After a first time visit on a Friday evening unfortunately this place is very lacking in the hostess dept. The waitress at the hostess podium was beyond rude with distasteful comments. After reading this if you decide to go anyway I hope you aren't setting yourself up for disappointment. What's sad is the food wasn't bad but the rude lady set the mood.

The ambiance was nice..next to the MIA runaway is a plus! Now on weeks day they might be short on personal, food took forever! The cook forgot to start a dish and the waiter to remind him just that! The worst.. The bathroom..It should be updated..toilets too slow or clients too disgusting!! After that I don't know how to manage to give this review...and say the food was good!
Maybe I just had a bad day, but this is not excuse!!!

When I go on Sundays, the atmosphere is so relaxed with island style music. Food is fresh and plentiful....all you can eat buffet is the only way to go!

I have been living in Colombia for some time now and every so often I have to travel to the USA, more specifically, to Miami. One of the spots I have always loved to attend has been the 94th Squadron Restaurant. Love (loved?) the quiet atmosphere where the "traffic" of the planes is more intense than that of the cars. All while enjoying a nice meal and a drink.

Not anymore. In the last visit there I noticed that the place does not look anymore as I remembered, especially the restrooms look uncared for and neglected, but that was the least of my displeasure.

I could not avoid, no, I could not escape the sight of a nasty man, sloppy, rude, bullying clients and employees alike which I had to "endure" while being there. Of course, one cannot select who else is in a restaurant and, at times, nasty patrons share the place with you but my surprise is when I asked a waiter how do they endure such a man and INCREDIBLY, he told me that the man was not a patron but the manager!

Going to a restaurant is more than just eating good food (which was) but the whole ambience, of the place and of the people and more so, the people that work in said place. That man is not fit to handle a garage, less a restaurant, not even a Fast Food place and even less, a restaurant like the 94th Squadron Restaurant.

I intend to continue visiting the place on my next visits but if that nasty, scruffy, bully character is there, I will just leave and take my business elsewhere.
