Time and time again, I give Jed's another chance. I live very close, and it is in a great location with a great patio, corn hole area, and upstairs patio, plus just a pretty sweet vibe all around.

Now to the meat of it. Years ago I came and service, drinks, and food alike were great. But in the past 2 years, service has been more than subpar, and the food has taken a nosedive towards vomit. Most recently, I went around noon on a Friday and sat on the upstairs patio. The place was by no means crowded, but easily understaffed. We waited 20 minutes for our server to even greet us, when she gave us the menus to decide on drinks. She returned 10 minutes later to take our order and received the drinks in another 10 minutes. Over the course of the time I was there, (I was watching a football game) I only had the opportunity to order 3 drinks, when I easily could have ordered double that if I had anywhere near decent service.

Otherwise, Jed's has virtually zero decent drink specials and like I said, the food is abysmal. Given its location, I want to expect more from them, especially with SAMs closing. If you're looking for good drink specials and edible food, there are definitely other places I'd explore first.

The food was not good at all. Service was very slow. Place has such potential, it makes me sad to think about how good this place could be.

Service was horrible. Waited 15 minutes before anyone came to the table. Bartender spent more time on his phone than helping the 2 servers working the whole place

Love the bartenders, drinks are solid, and the food is good if you know what to order.
