Very horrible front desk service...Absolutely horrid. It takes multiple calls/requests to get any results when it comes to their front desk receptionists.

Very unprofessional front desk. Felt like the doctors where rushed to complete my dental work. They billed my insurance for 22 fillings that day and I was not informed as to how many where getting done. It's like a dental Wal-Mart. Horrible management and horrible service. What else could I expect from a dental office in the Gallery!? Thought I would give them a try but NEVER AGAIN!

This was a helpful office, in which I was treated well and my dental problems addressed rapidly. I refer many people to this office.

I wish I could give it more than one star as the doctor and staff are very friendly, however, the whole experience got worse and worse by the minute.

I waited for 1 1/2 hours despite having an appointment and finally got called back for X-rays. Then waited again for another 30 minutes. Finally, the dentist came in and apologized for the wait (I appreciated the apology).

The Doctor is very young and does the cleaning herself -- there is no dental hygienist. She completed my cleaning in about 5 minutes, maximum 7 minutes (I wish I was exaggerating). When I asked her how come it's so short compared to what usually takes 30 min in the past at different dentists, she stated I must have gotten deep cleaning in the past. Well, that's what I am here for! My annual cleaning! Finally, she "offered" to floss and apply a polish.

The fact that I need to inquire about flossing & polish should speak for itself.

Again, very friendly staff but quality is extremely poor.

I will never come here again.
