Food:

Not built to deal with capacity. 25 min wait at elevator with no stair access. Dirty room, sock on floor from previous guest. Cup behind the night table. Fan coil system broken. Sink hot water broken.

Food:

They had challenges with my reservation every day of my 4-night stay. They never could determine whether I was in the room or not, and thus, I went 2 days without maid service. I could not bill restaurant services to my room because their system did not have me listed in their room. Finally, they OVERBILLED me an extra night because of their inaccurate records. To dispute your bill, you have to fill out a request online. Speaking to someone in billing is not available on the weekends. The hotel itself was fair. Bathrooms were underwhelming. Food choices and quality was average. For these reasons, I would not ever stay there again.

Food:

Nice room and area but unfortunately there aren't very many places to eat in the hotel it self. The gym is really good for a hotel and certain rooms have a pretty great view. The staff is very courteous respectful and professional. The parking is a bit expensive but overall it is a good hotel.

Food:

Great hotel, with good amenities, centrally located downtown in the heart of Dallas. They have a cool sports bar with lots of flat screens and pool tables. Also a bonfire pit that usually runs out back at night. Fast elevators and courteous staff members. Sounds candid but it's true. :)

Food:

Very nice hotel. Some of my friends had issues with their room (air conditioning and plumbing) mine was perfect fine. The rooms are nice but a little tight. All the staff I came in contact were amazing and made the stay enjoyable.
