Couldn't easily find self parking so we ended up with valet; overnight cost seemed decent for the area ($28) especially since it was during Fiesta. The room was nice (small windows) and everything was well-kept. Shower could have used a grout cleaning but it was overall a nice stay. Would recommend since it's walking distance from everything |

04/05/2016 1:04 pmTo say this is suppose to be an upscale Hotel... I think someone needs to change the scale! This hotel was very outdated to say that it "supposedly" had renovation done... You can tell they mask the renovation with new pictures and maybe paint but nothing has really changed... The room was small and not useful but to sleep! This is also not the hotel for kids! No fridge, microwave, and one small chair for sitting space in the room... To make matters worst ... Get to the Rooftop pool and the pool heater is broken! The hot tub was slummy and full of hair! The guard on duty asked us not to take any towels back to our room from the pool so therefore we went back to the room dripping soaking wet! I would never recommend this hotel too families... Maybe to a business traveler. The breakffast was alright...16 dollars a person... |

03/28/2016 2:49 pmSome basic things are missing in rooms like a mini fridge and HD channels. For an upscale hotel, thought it would have been a little more updated but overall still completely satisfied with the staff and stay at hotel. |

03/18/2016 5:29 amHotel is nice. Room is fine. Beds are pretty firm, but OK. Customer service is awful. Booked a room for 4 people (confirmation explicitly said 4 people) - they gave us a single king bed with no sofa bed and no roll away bed. They were completely unwilling to do anything to help us, claiming "That is what is booked. I don't know, maybe some people all sleep in one bed. They also lied to us, saying they were completely full, and nothing with a sofa bed was available. I escalated to management and all of a sudden a king with a sofa bed magically appeared. Worst customer service experience I've had in a while. Only gave the second star because management finally took care of us. |

03/14/2016 10:42 pmI have been a guest in this hotel since Saturday 5 March. I must say the breakfast is very good as is the staff in that section of the hotel. The rest of my experience here has been extremely disappointing starting with house keeping. For the first 3 days there was a black ring in the toilet, the bottom of the toilet set and behind the toilet was disgusting, toothpaste was left in the sink, the floor had food particles that were there when I arrived, I received no new toiletries and there was food and a toothpick on the 11th floor hallway the entire time. |
