Great hotel! Had a great time stopping overnight during a long trip on 95, great for dogs and lots to do around the location!

I had a good stay at this hotel. It was very nice and clean, and everyone was very polite. Our room was set up a bit unconventionally, which I chalked up to the historic aspect. Though we didn't spend much time in the area, I thought it was well-placed, close enough to easily walk to a few bars. I would definitely stay again, though I wish the breakfast was complimentary.

Unlike some of the older reviews, seems the upgrade in mattress and other things was done, We went on Halloween, knowing how it is there fore that night, if you love the holiday and nevr been here, Fells Point, for it, you are missing out, Younger crowd but usually friendly, Most of the panhandling has been addressed by ordinance, .You do see street musicians playing.
The noise was an issue,We booked on line, price wasn't bad. I was a bit upset, and will be calling to let them know, when we pulled up we were told parking was included only to find 75 was charged for roughly 18 hours of parking, hell I live in Bmore, could have gotten dropped or bused it for a lot less
Being it is an old Bar , Brothel, yes the hallways are broken, rooms kind of placed wherever they could in the days I gues, Small, but better than expected for old Bmore and the history of it
But the Parking OMG after being told it was free, sorry I tipped the car hops to be honest now

Nice historic hotel. Needs a lot of updating. Mattress is old, concave from many years of use, and flat. Very uncomfortable. Hallways and outside are loud due to bar traffic. WiFi is slow. No on site gym. Tiny closets. Didn't sleep well the 3 nights I stayed.

Reserved room w/ twin double beds [2 adults 2 kids]
Checked in and given key to room with one Queen
Front desk argued about reservation, but did in the end change rooms.
Possibly a mistake on my part, one child awoke w/ bug bites and I killed roach in morning.
Health dept informed.
As others- no sleep until after 2:30am
Never again and happy to warn others against
