Perfect place for happy hour.
The atmosphere is authentic. The choice of three salsas is free in a vessel (literally) in the middle of the room. The staff is nice.
The service is prompt.
The views are amazing, if you can get the window seats (call ahead).
The restaurant is always busy.

Head over towards the arboretum and paddle around Marsh Island. It's an experience paddling underneath the 520 freeway and end up surrounded by turtles, Canadian geese and other wildlife. I recommend at least an hour and half paddle tour. When you come back grab some decent Mexican food at the cafe.

Reasonable prices, good variety of Mexican food,
fast service, over looking the marina. I'll definitely return.

This is a summer go to. BEST fish tacos, prompt staff, great view, I could come here for hours on a lazy attraction afternoon watching the boats pass by. If it's warm enough and your down to go for a dip, they have paddle board and kayak rentals right below the restaurant.

One of my complaints of Seattle is the lack of good Mexican restaurants (which always makes locals upset). I really do enjoy Agua Verde, wouldn't say it is the best Mexican food I have had, but in the area I would probably say it is the best I have had thus far. Their portions are decently big, haven gotten the burritos the past couple times I have had no complaints at all. I have been wanting to try their mole real bad so that is next on the list. They have nice outdoor seating getting a good view of the water which is always nice on a clear day. It can get a little busy here and there, but they have a decent amount of seating. Would say this is worth a shot if you are in the same boat as me and haven't had Mexican food here that you have really enjoyed.
