The sushi prep is very lazy, and not fresh whatsoever. The only thing good about this place is their happy hour drink prices. I will say that I special ordered a chicken Katsu Don with a side of wok veggies and that came out delicious.. but I don't generally come to a sushi restaurant to have non-sushi items. Too bad. :(

This goes to service. I only order to-go here and they messed up my order and the person in front of me. The wait staff even argued to the customers and myself about the mistake.

Food:

Delicious traditional and New Age Japanese food. Experienced Sushi chefs. Friendly and attentive wait staff. They will often give you free appetizers as well.

Enjoyed a very nice lunch today! They offered 6 lunch specials and the full menu. We started with sushi and tempura vegetables. Two of us had the special and two off the menu. Service was great!

This is my "birthday" dinner place every year. The food is unbeatable, there's nothing like it - even in Houston, TX, we tried! There's a reason you must make a reservation, or plan on waiting at least two hours.
