Akashi Japanese Restaurant, Miami, Florida Restaurant Details

Food:

Horrible service! Waited over 20 minutes before the actual server came up to us to get our order without even offering a menu. After our order had been placed another waitress came by and asked if we needed help which was about 30 minutes after we had originally sat down. This akashi is definitely not like the original one off of sunset.

Food:

Somewhat small but really good food, poor atmosphere though. The Alex 2, gaudi roll (not in the menu) and the shrimp shumai are spectacular. The food taste is above what you pay for! For sure would come back whenever I'm close by.

Wow! The Alex 2 (riceless) Roll is out of this world !!!

It's about the same as Chinese sushi, though with worst presentation.
Pieces of sashimi seemed to be cut with a full knife, and not consistent.

When I arrived at 6:00 rap music playing should have been an indication.

It may be good for Florida, but it's not Japanese.

Best sushi in miami. Ask about the goudi roll. Its not on the menu but wow it should be!
