03/11/2016 2:03 amDidn't see what all the fuss was about! Enjoyed time with gal pals and staff was friendly but food was bland. Will give it another try since I've heard many positive comments. |

11/29/2015 6:41 amThis family run restaurant is our first choice for dinner out. Their chefs are experienced and have created some wonderful dishes. For salads, hubby loves the Greek salad and I love the spinach salad. Both are original creations, better than what we've had in five star establishments. Their specials are a treat. Their sauces are wonderful. Lobster bisque is on the menu. You don't find that every day in Lake Worth, and they do it well! Their chicken Marsala is very nice. Their ribeye with portobello mushrooms, mashed potatoes and gravy, mmmm. The police and sheriffs department have discovered their meatloaf dinner, so you'll see the area's finest in for dinner. Currently BYOB, you can bring your favorite wine, (or beer, ...) to enjoy. They'll supply the opener and glasses. It's hard to save room for dessert, but you can take it to go. In fact you can order everything to go! They also have room in a second area should you want to gather with family and friends. We dine at Alba's at least once a week, date night. They always take good care of us even when they are busy and have never been disappointed. |

08/07/2015 9:03 pmI use to work here, and this place is very unsanitary and have to many people come and go, alba's messed me over $500! kept "miscalculating" my pay checks, and then around tax return time they filed that I didn't even work there so they wouldn't have to pay for me!!! I also had been let go from this place AFTER I served and cleaned almost the entire lunch rush and received none of my tips or last paycheck still to this day for that. BE WARNED DO NOT EVER EVER EAT/WORK HERE. |

05/29/2015 2:33 pmGreat Food, Great Prices, Great Service! We discovered this wonderful Italian Restaurant about 5 years ago. Regardless of the number of people we've taken to the restaurant, whether we've taken a group of 20 for a B Day Party, a smaller group of 4 or 5 family members, just the two of us or the many solo trips when I've eaten alone, the service and food quality has been consistently excellent. The owners NEVER fail to acknowledge us and thank us for our business. The welcome doesn't stop with the owners. All staff members have proven to be efficient and enthusiastic to serve. If you're exceptionally fortunate, you will be served by one of the owners beautiful and delightful children (which are actually young adults legal to work). Please take the negative comments with a grain of salt. Although I doubt the credibility of a couple of the negative reviews, I can say with authority (based on my personal experiences for more than 5 years), that I've had 2 good experiences for every (so called) negative experience mentioned in these reviews. Give Alba's a try. Personally, I recommend the spaghetti, lasagna, stromboli or a delicious custom pizza. No matter what you decide to eat, I believe you'll be glad you gave Alba's a try! |

04/27/2015 12:48 amI ordered food for delivery and when they arrived they said the total was $39 when the total should have been $29.50. I called and spoke to the manager and she said they raised the prices 30 days ago but had not c hanged the prices on their website. I asked her to honor the prices that were advertised and she said they would not. So, if you have ordered from there in the past and/or go eat there their prices have gone up 25% in the last 30 days (the food is not good enough to justify paying the increased prices). They also said it would take 30 minutes and the food did not arrive until 50 minutes later. |
