Food was good, service wasnt. After taking our order and bringing food we didn't see our waiter for at least 30 mins and any attempt to get help from other waiters was futile. Won't be coming back. Went to the bar next door to get more drinks instead of waiting around for service.

Quick Service, delish food, ribs could've been a tad more tender, the baked beans could've been a tad more cooked, but the ribs were seasoned to perfection n the beans too. The bologna was delicious and the pulled pork as well. The potato salad was comparable to my mom's soul food version n she agreed. The banana pudding was comparable to my own but it lacked cream cheese. Overall the price superseded the beans not being done or brown beans. Our order was to go but the building has charm. Will return, dem white dudes can cook :-)

30 minutes to cook beans? SERIOUS? it's dinner time, you should have product. Im also sorry to bother you with my business and clearly upset you enough to give me attitude. No worries, we won't be coming back. I expected more for my money....like better service and what I wanted. DONT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Service really seemed to fall when I didn't put in a tip on the credit card purchase screen. They didn't offer me any bread, forgot my eating utensils and were snooty about extra BBQ sauce (its a little container).

I was there for "take out" and the minimum tip option was 15%? Is a tip mandatory for "take out" even when you haven't even been given the service yet? They didn't have this with their old "standard" credit card payment system.

The BBQ is good but not that good. Anyway, I will probably avoid picking up from there going forward.

PRIOR to my experience today, I had heard good reviews on Albert G's. My mother placed an order for herself & I on her way home from work, which is about 1 hour away might I add. When she came home & opened the order we realized we were missing turkey from the order. She called and spoke to WHITNEY who informed her it was not their fault that the cashier put the order in wrong & we got the wrong thing. Its my mothers fault she did not have the order repeated back to her. What she paid for is what she got they won't do anything about it. NOTE TO SELF: Don't expect the workers to do their job correctly. If your order is incorrect then your out of luck & money. As for what we did receive. The ribs were okay could be better, polish sausage was good (seeing as we got "double" instead of turkey like asked), baked beans were too sweet for my liking. People who know GOOD BBQ would know this is not the best, but for Tulsa its what you get. In conclusion, I will NOT be referring this place or visiting myself. Bad customer service is not a good look.
