Alchemy was great for vegan options (quinoa salads, quinoa burgers, quinoa everything!) when they were open. Sadly, they are no more.

Really pleasant experience every time we come here. Their small, shareable plates are fantastic and always interesting and the selection of wines by the glass and draft beers never disappoints.

I've been here about 4 times or so and I've never been disappointed. Seems a lot of people still don't know about it when I suggest it for dinner. I always get the chicken chicharrons I probably have an unhealthy obsession with them, only thing I'm not a real fan of is the thai chili vinegar that comes with it. Fish and chips are good, and you can't go wrong with the alchemy burger. I tried the Frita Cubana last, which I'm guessing is a play on the cuban sandwich. It was really good and had it with a side of steak fries.

Next I would like to try the whole suckling pig dinner but finding 7 other people to shell out the 48 bucks is going to take some time.

We went there for brunch recently and they had changed up the menu with some good offerings. My wife got a frittata which she really liked and I opted for the chilaquiles. My was served with carnitas that were good but seemed a little dried out. I saw some of the chicken and waffles coming out of the kitchen and I would definitely want to try that the next time. It was not busy at all so it is a good place if you want to avoid the wait.

I went here once for a Yelp event. Cool vibe and sweet decor. Theyve got books on the ceiling. Had some spanish influenced dishes. Not sure if it was typical of the menu or special for the night. Bathroom sink is pretty cool, its connected to the mens room.
