07/09/2015 11:56 amToday makes my second visit here. I ordered the gyro yesterday and it was so good that I decided to come back today. The lady at the front had the most stank, unappealing attitude I've ever encountered. I asked for the falafel to be my side, but what they put in the box didn't look the same. I asked her if it came with what I asked and I was met with belligerence. The experience was so unpleasant that I'm probably never going back again. It's unfortunate cause the food is really good and decently priced. I'll come back though if she's not there... |

05/12/2015 11:56 pmThe best gyro anywhere. We have had gyros in Turkey, and all over the USA but by golly this is the best Gyro. The owner's Dad actually is a chef in Istanbul and has a chain of restaurants there employing 300. So it was no surprise for us that every item on Ali Baba's menu that we tasted here on Broad street; was very palatable, very delicious, perfectly cooked and well seasoned. |

05/20/2014 2:38 pmI have been to Mediterranean restaurants all over the country. It is one of my favorite foods. I typically order a falafel sandwich. The falafel part of the sandwich was luke warm or cold. It was tasty. But they just put in a small piece. I would have preferred a slightly larger portion. But it is very lazy for the restaurant not to warm it up. The pita was good and the fixins inside were good. I also got grape leaves. They were terrible. Very mushy and also too cold. I also got a samosa. That was also cold. They said they could heat it up but in a microwave. It is 2014, how can a classy place heat things up in a device that ruins food. I ate it cold and it was pretty good. I think if this place had their ingredients at the right temperature they would be much better off. So if you want cold/luke warm food this is your spot. |

03/15/2014 12:25 pmTHIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE OPEN HOURS POSTED. I am here thirty minutes after noon and it is closed. This is the second place in Atlanta that failed my family. We are glad that the Naan Stop neighboring restaurant serves some halaal. |
