This is a place where families bring their children, including myself. We came here and the lane next to us had many drinks on their table and were wobbling they were so wasted. The girl looked underage and didn't buy one of her drinks, then the couple groped and made out the WHOLE time. It was absolutely awful and I complained to management and saw other people complaining as well. Nothing was done and they continued getting on top of each other and it was sickening for my family and myself. We ended up leaving because of it as well as others. Management, if you get complaints from people, please take them seriously. Won't be coming here again.

I love the place! Great for friends and family grate lanes. I do wish there were deals like rent so many hours of a lane get free drinks or something. Wouldn't mind working for here on management. I could bring a lot of new ideas to the table.

The summer specials are so much fun! My 7 year old and his friend had a blast on the go karts and Lazer Maze. The staff was very friendly!

This is a disscrace of a buisness. Everything is over priced for no reason because the quality you will receive is below average at best. The employees working are rude and none of them seemed like they gave any care about the customer experience at all. Any manager who allows their employees to act like that is not fit to run a buisness.

The food here is horrible. Cheaply made and costs an arm and a leg to get microwave food that's still cold in the middle. The pizza tastes like cardboard and the drinks taste like plastic from the cheap cups used. There's a Freddy's Frozen Custard across the parking lot I'd you want good food.

Go-karts might be the one place to have fun right? Wrong! The karts are slow and the rules of the track is no bumping (which is good) except the fact that the employees don't care about this rule and allow it anyways. I was scared for the safety of myself and others I was with while I rode these karts.

I strongly recommend AGAINST this establishment just due to the rudeness of the staff, overpriced aminities, lack of concern for customer safety, and the overall disappointment you will face. If you want to do everything and more that The Alley offers either go to All-star Sports or take a drive to Kansas City. The Alley Indoor Entertainment doesn't deserve your money.
