It's a hole-in-the-wall joint people! Good food with good service one day, crappy service the next. That is par for Memphis, especially in South Memphis. You need to realistic expectations.

I could not believe the OWNER MRS MATTHEWS allowed her Ratchet cashier to turn her back on me while they both were talking (MRS MATTHEWS AND THE RATCHET CASHIER) stood there talking when I had to interrupt them both with EXCUSE ME!! I'm here to pick up my order?! MRS MATTHEWS FINALLY APOLOGIZED when I told my husband do you believe this shit! The cashier just turned her BACK ON ME LIKE I DIDN'T EXIST!! MRS MATTHEWS 1ST OFF YOU NEED TRAINING ON HOW TO MANAGE because you ALLOWED YOUR CASHIER TO BE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I TOLD YOU MRS MATTHEWS that I had been buying food from this restaurant since the late 90's. I am and now WAS A VALUABLE CUSTOMER!! MRS MATTHEWS I DONT WANT YOUR FREE ON ME MEAL THAT YOU OFFERED ME BECAUSE OF YOUR CASHIER!!! I'm gonna make sure I tell all my FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ALL STAR PERKINS LOCATION!! MRS MATTHEWS, TEACH your employees that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!!!! WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THERE WILL BE NO BUSINESS NOR PAYCHECKS MA'AM!!!!

I have never been and this place and been treated like this young man treated me tonight. I been going there for many years and always be treated with respect but this young man, said he was the manager was very rude to me and my out of town guest. want be back. food is good but not this young man very rude told me that he will not be giving me my order told me to leave, only because I told him that the other peoples always put them togather. I would just pay for both order.
