Food:

Room is small but comfortable enough to get a good night sleep. Friendly staff, housekeeping lady, and super helpful maintenance guy. Location is perfect and convenient. Just confused about the "paid parking" listed in the amenities - paid by guest or hotel? Should have been included in the $15.00 hospitality fee.

Quiet, Clean and close to everywhere.
Staff was very nice and accommodating. House-cleaning was good.

Room is good... close to the beach... need better a big screen (room TV) no free parking.. breakfast (pancake taste like a flour)

Food:

Room is small and clean but can hear loud noise from street with door closed. Charge Hospitality fee $15 for Continental Breakfast and Shuttle from Waikiki to Ala Moana. You have to pay Hospitality fee even you don't use shuttle service, DVD or beach towel. Breakfast served at 7 - 9 am only.

Since we have rental car we pay $22 per day for garage parking addition to Hospitality fee $15. There's $37 additional fee plus tax per day we paid during our stay. Even we paid for garage parking it was full when we return to hotel at night. Front desk told us to park at next door, but we found no space. End up have us to park at driveway. it wasn't a pleasant stay especially when unable to find a parking spot, which we already paid, after a day's activities.

Food:

we stayed here for 10 days, and while there was an extra per day charge (which we knew when we booked the room online), plus extra for parking at the hotel, no where in Hawaii is free parking. the staff was very accomidating when we had to change rooms due to my fathers disability and did not charge us more for the larger room. great location, walking distance to basically anywhere. they just upgraded to wifi in the rooms while we were here as well. i'd stay here again! tv channel options are very limited tho.
