04/12/2014 11:05 amWill never return. Group of my friends and myself were sitting in an area for over an hour and then asked to move. Owner said the spot was reserved, yet there was no reservation sign. Management was unprofessional and rude to customers. He stated, "do you understand English." Will never return. They are also in need of a bartender who knows how to make drinks. |

11/08/2013 10:30 amSurprisingly nicer than I might have expected given the location and the lack of signage or curb appeal. There's not much to the interior - long dark wooden bar on the left side of the place, and a line of lounge tables/seating on the right side ... which leaves a good amount of room for dancing and partying. I think this is probably a great spot for birthdays or other occasions if you're near alphabet city, but am not sure if its a neighborhood hangout of sorts. |

05/29/2012 1:42 amFunky East Village bar with interesting live bands. The bar is rather small and you feel a little bit cramped around the round bar. On a night I was there, a Bob Marley type band was entertaining the crowd. Although it was fun, I felt like a sardine and left the bar rather quickly. Come here with the right expectations and enjoy the drinks if you don't mind the tight East Village quarters. |

03/16/2012 2:56 pmChill place to watch local bands play, while still hanging in a lounge-y and relaxed atmosphere (rather than in a dark and cramped basement). The bathroom location is a little awkward, since the door is located on stage left, after you walk up the mini-stairs onto the stage. Otherwise, the combo of band music and lounge setting is a pretty refreshing combo. |
