It's all about the "legendary" "drip-down-your-hand" Italian beef sandwiches "smothered" with hot and sweet peppers and dipped in "meat juices" ("for god's sake have them dunk it") at this homegrown fast food chain where the fries are pretty "great too"; yes, the "no-frills" surrounds are a bit "lackluster" (many "prefer" the Taylor St. original), but when you want to "indulge", it's a "Chicago classic."

Wow!! Chicago beef!! This place is just a "stand" so it has no place to sit, but the food is SOOOO good! I had the italian beef with hot peppers and provolone, dipped! Oh my! Fresh cut fries are awesome too. Will definitely go back!

Went there ordered an Italian beef. When I received my order it was cold. I ask for my sandwich to be warmed up or for a new one. The guy tells me they don't sell cold food. I said well I don't know where u got this sandwich but its cold. I got a refund and I will never eat there again.
