This is the most updated : they recently got new management ( again). While the change from before was better when Tracy was here , she would move around and find ways to fix issues. The new manager and her assistant manager are GARBAGE. You're Gona tell me you have 3 people on pay and 3 desks yet only one person so now I have to wait as long as you want for my package . They do absolutely nothing. I complained about dog issues that they are not on leashes and guess what.... Still not on leashes. They say they run background checks on every single person who stays in the apartments while people are moving out and new cars are taking up parking spaces and the empty apartments are not yet filled..... Use your heads! Obviously not everyone that lives here is on the lease . For families that want to move in ....there have been several break ins and burglaries and we witnessed a fight between a couple where cops were called and arrested the guy .. Comon amalfi get your shit together. They should of payed Tracy extra to keep her here it would of been worth it . In my opinion..... This place is not as bad as it could be but not as safe as a "gated community" should be. Outdated apartments reflects how corporate views their business as simply a money making machine with no pride . They are literally the same apartments , I know this because we lived here 6 years ago. "Courtesy patrol" is non existent , I don't believe I've even seen them even once . Gym is a joke . Community with dog poops to look out for on the pavement for weeks or months because obviously maintenance doesn't care . To be fair, I will give one pro..... A place to live that doesn't leak and even that is risky to say for the fact that many apartments have flooded .

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Looks great and pricing is not bad but here are the issues. When you walk in the main purpose is to get you to sign a contact that's all. They don't care about you or anything as long as your stuck for a year . If you live downstairs make sure your upstairs neighbors are skinny because you'll be hearing them alotttt. Also, joe will tell you just about anything that is not true so make sure to get everything in writing . The new manager actually does stuff to fix the place but she is not very assertive and let's things slide . Also, the "assigned parking" and yes I say that in quotations because everyone parks where ever they want and no one does anything about it . Also, all the 4-5 star reviews on here are just for hype because they don't actually say the name of the person, it just says google account .It's just employees trying to market themselves as good while everyone else has them at a 1 star .

They go through management like crazy in the 9 months we lived there they went through 4 managers. Joe is very creepy and he will stare at you while you are in the gym and the pool.

we were specifically told we would have new carpet and tile throughout the house before we moved in. We got there and there was holes in the carpet and the flooring in the kitchen was lifting. we asked them to come look and they took the carpet out of the closet and patched up holes that way. talk about trashy! They don't fix things right the first time resulting in broken appliances. and with out hot water and a microwave for a week or more. The pool is disgusting along with the hot tub. There is a green slime on the side. If you ask them to clean the pool they stand there and act like you're asking for a lot.

I'd advise you to rent elsewhere!

This place is good to live. But the managment is very bad here. I made a 525 dollars deposit when I moved in with an option of getting 200 dollars back in credit which I never did after trying multiple times. The 325 dollars they said they charge to everybody for the cleaning after we move out. Then they sent me a bill for $355 in carpet and pet damages and I didn't even had a pet. So, they took $500 when move in and again charging the whole painting and cleaning cost when moving out of 355 Total = 855 which is more than a mont's rent for 1 bd room. I couldn't fight much, as I was dealing with this after moving out of state. This place is a total rip off. Decent place to live but the managemet sucks and anything happens they will always blame it on you will not even consider anything at all no matter how good are you in paying the rent and creating any issues while your stay.
