I placed an order through Eat24 on 12/31/15, I ordered about 40.00 worth of food plus of course did a tip.
Once the order was received, we found out that it was incorrect. I called Amante Pizza & Pasta and spoke to Andrew and told him that the order on Eat24 was not what I received. He reviewed my order and the receipt and saw that I indeed did get the incorrect food. So he placed a credit under my number and gave me the managers name.
He said that since the driver had other deliveries it might be a while for me to get the correct meal. So I told him I would just call at a later day to have the correct meal resent.
Well, today I called and the manager answered. I told me I had a credit for a meal under my phone number, which he was able to pull up, BUT since the individual sandwich did not total to at least 15.00 (it was 12.00) he refused to re-deliver it!
My frustration was I initially had a group order, we tipped for this order, you brought the wrong thing, and now you want me to come pick it up myself or pay more so that the total can go above 15.00??
Im all the way confused.
I spent a good amount of time arguing with the manager about getting it delivered, he finally agreed to deliver it I was kind of suspect about the meal once I got it, but I will not be ordering from this location again.

They're AMAZING.

Try these: Fried calamari, chicken parm (the spagetti and tomato sauce is insane), tortellini alfredo.

If you're feeling brave, get the GORGONZOLA GURU PIZZA. Olive oil base, Gorgonzola, roasted garlic capers, walnuts, caramelized onions and mozzarella. It's to die for. And it reheats sooooo good in the toaster oven, nom nom nom nom left overs.

Under no circumstances should you order from this company, they just plain have no idea how to treat a customer, and their pizza is at best mediocre anyway, something we used to order only when no other pizza places were open, and always through Seamless. I won't get too much into the specifics but suffice to say if you order from them they are very likely to not only mess your order up, but refuse to compensate you in any way. In fact they won't even answer the phone. With so many businesses who care about customer retention and who do so much better of a job in Seattle I recommend you steer clear of these guys at all costs. How does one turn a pepperoni pizza into a pepper pizza?
