thought I found our place. No way will I go to Amapola again. I ordered a carne asada burrito, Chile Colorado (chunky beef), the #4 plate and two extra tacos. I wanted 12 of those small 1" red sauces. I was told by Edgar (man who took my order) that he would only give me 2 sauces per burrito and only 1 per taco. I thought he was joking but no. After that I told him that I would pay for more sauces. It looked like he thought of a number out of his head then told me it would be $0.70 per sauce... Wow! I can not believe that. I usually go to a couple of different Amapola's (including the one near my son's school Indian Springs HS). Because of my experience with Edgar's so obvious made up price and poor service I will no longer be going to either of the three. Edgar... here is a bit of advice... learn a little business sense. Do not allow 20 cents worth of sauce on a $23 order cause Amapola to lose customers such as you did today. You have lost your company hundreds over the next year and if you continue to do this to customers maybe thousands year over year. As we all know, there are plenty of places to eat in SB. Places like Rosa Maria's, Albertos, Gus Jr, Mi Cucina, Paco's Tacos, Taco Bender... and many others. If you don't want our business, believe me the others do.

Crappy customer service. I feel like they want me to be grateful that they are serving me because they are such awesome food servers ... not!!! You can't tell them anything or they will spit on your food. Chili's TGI Friday places like that that know customer service where your visit is welcomed with great customer service. These guys just walking around shooting the s*** like I am NOT welcome. If you like this kind of customer service keep going. This will be my last time going there and I hope to see these f****** out of business. Sick of going to a place where these people are not happy about how much they make don't take pride in their position . That's their problem not mine. Expect customer service like all the good restaurants. If I don't get it I stopped going to those s***** places.
