So first of all, you need to triple check your order before you order it and make sure you understand the person taking your order because more than likely, they will forget to add something, like they did with mine.

Secondly, there main food items are really good. My boyfriend likes their peppersteak and their chicken with cashews are really good too. However, their soup and most of their appetizers are disgusting. Their hot and sour soup is yellow and their egg drop wanton soup was raw and not very good. Last time we ordered, we also had a bad experience with their crab rangoon, which just had a very odd flavor. I do not believe I will be ordering from them again. If you need a Chinese Restaurant that delivers, order from No. 1 Express. Their food is amazing and as college students who dislike our cafeteria, we order from them at least once a week.

Ordered online, after an hour called and they said it would be there but another hour later they still didnt show.

Mediocre as expected
I can't say I expected much more than I got. I know when you order any battered chicken dish you get the worst cuts of meat caked with excessive batter. I ordered General Tso chicken and shrimp (Dragon & Phoenix). Most of the "chicken" was tough and chewy and the shrimp was just as bad. They sliced it open as is often done but these otherwise large shrimp were strangely VERY Flat as though they didn't just split them, but also cut out some of the meat. Customer service was lacking too. Walked in, behind another customer, after they left I stood there for a few minutes unacknowledged.

I was not able to try the food. I simply tried calling for a delivery and that went horribly bad. Online, it states that a delivery charge is applicable only when ordering less than $15.00 In addition, it states that extra charges apply when traveling over 2 miles, 3 miles, etc.

Automatically, she charged me the set delivery charge and an extra charge for being over three miles away. When I reminded her that my order was over $15 and that I live less than a mile away, she started to talk over me and would not take the charges off. She then asked if I wanted to pick up the food instead. When asked about the charges again, she just hung up on me.

This food was great. Possibly the best chinese food ive ever had delivered to my home in thirty mins. The crab rangoons were awesome! Great first impression and they gained a regular.
