I go here every time I visit this mall. The Happy Hour is an excellent time to go for small plate menu and drinks. It is difficult to find a place even at or near the bar at this time because it is very very popular.

I went in with my friend earlier today... She ordered a mango key lime cheesecake... Which the never gave us, so I called back to see if we could pick it up. The manager "Ryan" said we need a receipt. Like he couldn't look it up or ask the waitress that was taking care of us that she forgot to have us the cake! I called a second time and he left me on hold! Nop never going here again. You suck Ryan.

I just don't get this place. What good is a HUGE portion if the food is just... ok? It seems to me that the only thing that they really specialize in (and therefore make very well) is cheesecake. The cheesecake is actually pretty good although I've had much better here in town(A la Noshville's Carnegie Deli Cheesecake).

That being said, everything else I've had from their menu is pretty meh... This particular trip I ordered the meatloaf which comes with mashed potatoes, and corn. It was recommended by the server over a Chicken Marsala dish I had asked about. I also ordered the Avacado Egg Rolls as they were half price during happy hour. Neither the appetizer or meal, although both very large, were anything special. The meatloaf was very bland and didn't have much flavor. Neither of the side dishes were seasoned particularly well either. The Avacado egg rollsalad were just that... Avacado egg rolls. They had very little flavor at all. I love Avacado and I love egg rolls but some additional spices and veggies were needed.

I was trying to use up a gift card I got for Christmas in one fell swoop b/c I sure did not want to have to return to this gawd awful place. So with my last few dollars I ordered a Reese's PB Cup Cheesecake piece to go, and left a nice tip. The desert was pretty good, like I said. However, I still think the Carnegie Deli Cheesecake at Noshville is better...

In closing I just think these guys try to make too many different kinds of food. The menu is expansive with Asian, Italian, American, etc. If they were to concentrate on just say American type food. Burgers, Steaks, Etc. they could hopefully have better quality control. Just a thought... I spent $50 including tip for 1 person's meatloaf dinner, with so-so eggrolls, and a pretty good piece of cheesecake. I left a good tip b/c the service was very good. Still that's pretty outrageous!

My husband and I ate here for our 1st year anniversary. We really enjoyed our meal and the service was very good. Our server was very prompt and knowledgeable about the menu. I shld nt have to mention the cheesecake, but just so u know red velvet is definitely the way to go!
